众多研究证明,数据使用对促进教师专业发展和学生成就提升有显著效能。研究采用文献研究和案例分析法,阐明了指向教学问题改进和专业发展的数据团队内涵,解析了数据团队的教育应用原理及实践过程,并以美国某地区和学校两级数据团队为例系统解构了其数据采集、团队协作、教学改进及效果评价等过程。对国内研究者和教师的启示则包括从评价数据中发现教学问题、构建从区域到课堂的系统化教研实践、设计数据驱动的校本研修新模式及趋向证据驱动的教师专业发展范式等,以此论证数据使用对教师实践性知识提升及学生成就改善的使能效用。


【英文摘要】:

Numerous studies have proved that the use of data has significant effectiveness in promoting teacher professional development and student achievement. Using literature research and case studies, this paper clarifies the connotation of data teams as a means of improving teaching and professional development, and gains insight into the educational application principles and practical process of data teams. And using a district- and school-level data teams in the United States as examples, this paper systematically clarifies the process of data collection, teamwork, teaching improvement and evaluation. Its enlightenment for domestic researchers and teachers includes identifying teaching problems from evaluation data, establishing a systematic teaching and research practice from the district to the classroom, designing a new data-driven school-based teaching and research model, and shifting to a new paradigm of evidence-driven teacher professional development, which is used to demonstrate the enabling effect of data use on the improvement of teachers' practical knowledge and student achievement.
