对疫情时期教育信息化进程的回顾与反思是现阶段教育信息化发展的重要工作。疫情时期的教育信息化进程取得良好成效,但也呈现出旧问题不断扩大而新问题不断涌现的态势。教育技术主体的观念误区、教育技术实践问题以及其他相关领域的教育信息化问题,均以疫情时期的“在线教学”为核心载体获得集中呈现。作为教育信息化发展的重要阶段,疫情时期的教育信息化进程具有特殊的意义与价值。以疫情时期的教育信息化问题为思考点,后疫情时代的教育信息化需要全面提升教育主体的核心素养,需要高度强化人们的伦理意识,需要从根本上矫正和优化人们的教育技术行为。后疫情时代是我国教育信息化的重要“跳板”,正视与破解问题可为未来教育信息化进程积攒资源和能量。


【英文摘要】:

The review and reflection on the process of education informatization in the epidemic period is an important work in the development of education informatization at this stage. The process of education informatization in the epidemic period has achieved good results, but it also presents a trend of old problems expanding while new problems emerging. The misunderstanding of the main body of educational technology, the practical problems of educational technology and the problems of educational informatization in other related fields are all presented with "online teaching" as the core carrier in the epidemic period. As an important stage of the development of education informatization, the process of education informatization in the epidemic period has special significance and value. Taking the education informatization in the epidemic period as a point of reflection, in the post-epidemic era, it is necessary to comprehensively improve the core literacy of educational subjects, highly strengthen people's ethical awareness, and fundamentally correct and optimize people's educational technology behaviors. The post epidemic era is an important "springboard" for China's education informatization, and addressing and solving the problems can accumulate resources and energy for the future development of education informatization.
