    信息化促进教育公平典型案例分析: 基于可持续发展的视角

信息化在推动教育公平进程中发挥着重要作用,同时也面临着可持续发展的问题。研究从可持续发展的视角构建了包括经费保障、设施保障、教学资源保障、人员保障、专业发展保障、管理保障六个维度,均衡、优质、个性三个层次,描述性与评价性两个方面的立体分析框架,选取国内外信息化促进教育公平的30个优秀典型实践案例进行分析,研究发现消除教育薄弱层面的案例,主要关注信息化基础设施建设和教师的教研培训;满足教育优质资源层面的案例,更为注重教学资源的质量和资源供给方式的多元化;支持教育个性化发展层面的案例,更关注资源的适应性和资源的应用方式,侧重利用新技术和丰富的信息资源,精准地促进学生的适应性发展。研究提出信息化促进教育公平的进阶之路需要融入可持续发展理念和转变保障机制,需要弥补信息化人才队伍建设结构性短缺和专业发展的短板,更需要建立科学的评估指标来促进动态监测与调整。


【英文摘要】:

Informatization plays an important role in promoting the process of educational equity, but it still faces the problems of sustainable development. A three-dimensional analytical framework is constructed from the perspective of sustainable development, including six dimensions of fund security, facility security, teaching resources security, personnel security, professional development security and management security, three levels of balance, quality and personality, and descriptive aspect and evaluative aspect as well. 30 excellent typical practice cases of informatization promoting educational equity at home and abroad are selected for analysis. The study finds that the cases to eliminate educational weaknesses mainly focus on the construction of information technology infrastructure and teachers' teaching and research training; the cases to satisfy quality resources in education pay more attention to the quality of teaching resources and the diversity of resource supply; and the cases to support personalized development in education focus more on the adaptability and application of resources, the use of new technology and rich information resources to precisely promote students' adaptive development. The research proposes that promoting educational equity through informatization needs to integrate the concept of sustainable development, transform the guarantee mechanism, make up for the structural shortage of the construction of informatization talent team and the shortcoming of professional development, and establish scientific evaluation indicators for dynamic monitoring and adjustment.
