【中文摘要】:

中小学数字校园建设覆盖全体学校是教育信息化2.0的重要发展目标。文章旨在探索基于数字校园2.0的中小学数字校园建设覆盖全体学校的实现路径。文章阐释了中小学数字校园建设覆盖全体学校的基本要义,通过分析比较数字校园1.0和2.0的不同发展特征,提出了数字校园2.0是全面纳入公共服务体系,要素和规则实现数字化,支撑以育人为本的教育教学与管理实践的校园形态。在此基础上,文章构建了以宽带与终端、体系与空间、应用与机制为基本框架的基于数字校园2.0的中小学数字校园建设全覆盖实现路径,并探讨了后疫情时代符合线上线下融合发展需求的多种应用场景,以期对中小学数字校园建设覆盖全体学校提供更多有益思考和可行思路。

The digital campus construction covering all schools is an important development goal of education informatization 2.0. This paper aims to explore an implementation path of digital campus construction covering all schools in primary and secondary schools. This paper explains the basic connotation of the digital campus construction covering all schools in primary and secondary schools. Through analysis and comparison of the different development characteristics of digital campus 1.0 and 2.0, this paper argues that digital campus 2.0 is a campus form which is fully integrated into the public service system, realizes the digitization of elements and rules, and supports the education, teaching and management practice based on educating people. On this basis, the paper constructs a full coverage implementation path based on the basic framework of broadband and terminal, system and space, application and mechanism, and discusses various application scenarios that meet the needs of integrated development of online and offline teaching and learning in the post-epidemic era, looking forward to provide more useful thoughts and feasible ideas for the construction of digital campus covering all schools in primary and secondary schools.
