【中文摘要】:

教育精准扶贫是新时期脱贫攻坚中“发展教育脱贫一批”的重要举措。文章围绕扶教师之贫、扶学生之贫、扶家长(贫困群众)之贫三个层面,从信息化助力的视角讨论了面向乡村学校教师提能、学生保学、家长(贫困群众)再教育的问题。研究提出了利用信息化手段助力乡村教师提能,利用大数据精准施策不让一个学生因家庭经济困难而失学,利用信息化手段助力家长(贫困群众)接受再教育的路径、方法与策略。在后扶贫时期乡村振兴衔接中仍有值得借鉴的价值和意义。


【英文摘要】:

Targeted poverty alleviation in education is an important initiative of "developing education to eliminate poverty" in the new era of poverty alleviation. Focusing on the three aspects of helping poor teachers, poor students and poor parents, this paper discusses the issues of teacher empowerment, student retention, and parental re-education in rural schools from the perspective of information technology. The study puts forward the use of information technology to help rural teachers improve their abiliof big data to accurately implement policies so that no student will drop out of school due to his family's financial difficulties, and the path, method and strategy of using information technology to help parents (poor people) to accept re-education.
