    素养是什么? ——基于皮亚杰发生认识论知识观的演绎

【中文摘要】:

当下社会对素养教育的重视程度不可谓不高,但对素养概念的把握或使用却非常随意,归纳来说,多是基于朴素经验的臆断,或是偏于一隅的片面分析。为了给素养概念以更明晰、更学理性的界定,研究以皮亚杰发生认识论知识观为依据,在揭示知识与思维关系的基础上,从思维能力触及素养本质,完成对素养内涵的把握。研究认为:一个有素养的人,是建立在强调其作为完整的人的立场上,经过长期且足够广泛的自知识开始的学习及与之相伴随的思维训练,形成了成熟的思维习惯及思维发展能力,具有丰富美好、稳定内蕴且自然显露的价值观或世界观,适应终身发展和社会发展需要的全面发展的人。文章希望借此说明一个问题:必须自“人的发展”开始追问,并一以贯之地以给定知识观为起点进行演绎,才是把握素养内涵的科学道路。


【英文摘要】:

Competency education is highly stressed in current society, but its concept is casually used. To sum up, the use of the concept is either based on personal experience or far from complete analysis. In order to give a clearer and more academic definition of the concept of competency, this research investigates the relationship between knowledge and thinking to define the competency from the perspective of thinking ability based on Piaget's epistemological view of knowledge. The results indicate that an educated person, as a whole person, has formed a mature habit of thinking and the ability of thinking through long-term and extensive learning from the beginning of knowledge and accompanying thinking training, and as a well-rounded person, he has rich, beautiful, stable and natural values or world outlook, and adapts to the needs of lifelong development and social development. And a scientific way to grasp the connotation of competency is to start from "human development" and to deduce it consistently from a given view of knowledge.
