创新教研工作方式,探索新型教研模式,是加强和改进新时代基础教育教研工作的内在要求。“互联网+”为构建新型教研模式提供了必要条件。文章在梳理已有教研模式文献的基础上,结合新时代对教研工作提出的新要求,从促进薄弱学校普通教师与师范生协同发展的视角出发,组建“互联网+”教师教研共同体,构建协同教研模式原型。采取基于设计的研究范式,按照“目标计划—实践应用—应用反思—改进修正”的研究路径,从检验模式的适宜性和完整性、优化模式的操作性和灵活性、增强模式的稳定性和持续性等三个方面分别对其进行了修正和完善,最后构建了由理论导师、实践导师、师范生、普通教师以及教研员组成的“五位一体“协同教研模式。通过实践应用提出“四段渐进”递减干预、“三管齐下”助推发展、“双导师”专业引领、“一体化”教研组织的“四三二一”实施建议,以期促进模式的实践应用。


【英文摘要】:

In order to strengthen and improve teaching research in elementary education of new era, teaching research method should be innovated and teaching research model should be explored. "Internet+" provides necessary conditions for the construction of new teaching research model. Firstly, we sort out the existing literature on teaching research model. Then, from the perspective of promoting the coordinated development of ordinary teachers in low-performing schools and normal students, we built the teaching research community and constructed the prototype of collaborative teaching research model. The research was conducted under the guidance of DBR and followed the path of “Planning-Practicing-Reflecting-Revising”. The prototype was revised from the perspective of testing the suitability and integrity, optimizing the operability and flexibility, enhancing the stability and sustainability. Finally, a "Five in One" collaborative teaching research model was constructed, which was composed of theoretical tutor, practical tutor, normal students, teachers and teaching researchers. To promote the practical application of the model, the paper puts forward the "four progressive stages" decreasing intervention method, "three pronged" boosting development method, "double tutors" professional guidance method, and "four three two one" application strategies for integrated teaching research organizations.
