Teachers are the direct executors and final implementers of teaching, and their informationized teaching execution plays a fundamental role in ensuring the orderly promotion of educational informatization. This study draws on relevant researches on executive force in the field of enterprise management, and sorts out in detail the factors influencing the existing executive force combined with the practical needs of informationized teaching. The factors influencing teachers' implementation of informationized teaching are presented in seven dimensions at three levels: school environment, organizational team, and individual teachers. The structural equation model analysis is used to construct and validate the influencing factor model of teachers' informationized teaching executive force in order to provide support for the development of research and practice of teachers' informationized teaching executive force.

教师是教学的直接执行者与最终落实者,其信息化教学执行力对于教育信息化的有序推进具有基础性保障作用。研究借鉴执行力在企业管理领域的相关研究,结合信息化教学的现实需要,对已有执行力影响因素进行详细梳理,从学校环境、组织团队及教师个体三个层面七个维度提出了影响教师信息化教学执行力的因素,采用结构方程模型分析方法,构建并分析验证了教师信息化教学执行力的影响因素模型,以期为教师信息化教学执行力发展研究与实践提供支持。
