诸多研究表明,学生的学习过程及结果取决于他们收到的反馈的质量。教与学时空分离环境下学习者所表现出的自我调节学习需要借助恰当的反馈来推进。针对不同视域下的反馈,可以将问题集中在“谁来反馈”“何时反馈”“如何反馈”三个层面。从自我调节学习理论的视角看,须借助“外部反馈向内部反馈转化”“同步与异部反馈融合”“教育性与反思性反馈结合”三条路径来实现有效的在线反馈。同时,为了更好地发挥在线学习反馈的优势,在线学习活动的组织实施还需实现教师功能定位的转变、在线学习环境的优化及学习者对学习过程的主导。


【英文摘要】:

Many studies have shown that students' learning process and outcomes depend on the quality of the feedback they receive. The self-regulated learning shown by learners in the context of separation of time and space between teaching and learning needs to be promoted with appropriate feedback. Regarding the feedback from different perspectives, the questions can be focused on "who will give feedback", "when " and "how". From the perspective of self-regulated learning theory, effective online feedback should be achieved by means of three approaches: "transformation of external feedback to internal feedback", " integration of synchronous and heterogeneous feedback", and "combination of educational and reflective feedback". At the same time, in order to make better use of the advantages of online learning feedback, the organization and implementation of online learning activities also need to realize the transformation of teachers' positioning, the optimization of the online learning environment and learners' leadership in the learning process.
