大量研究表明,教师的个性化学习与持续性研修已经成为其专业发展的重要途径。文章采用文献分析、设计研究和准实验研究方法,阐述了“专家指导”在教师“学会教学”中的支架式意义,同时,对胡塞尔的现象学和课例研修的兴起进行系统论证,发掘了现象为本原则在专家引领的教师课例研修实践中的重要策略意义。综合教师专业发展的过程要素,设计出专家引领下现象为本的课例研修模式,使用准实验研究方法在广州市两所中小学验证了该模式对促进教师专业教学能力、适应性专长、教学信念与态度、实践性知识、教学元认知与元策略的发展和提升具有重要作用,促成了教师学习的第三种范式——“专家引领—学习”的兴起与推广。


【英文摘要】:

A large number of studies have shown that teachers' personalized learning and continuous study have become important ways for their professional development. This paper uses literature analysis, design research and quasi-experimental methods to explain the significance of "expert-guidance" in teachers' "learning to teach". Meanwhile, this paper systematically demonstrates Husserl's phenomenology and the rise of lesson study, and discovers the strategic significance of the "phenomenon-based" principle in the practice of teacher's lesson study guided by experts. Then, this paper integrates the process elements of teacher professional development and designs a phenomenon-based training model under the guidance of experts. Finally, the quasi-experimental research method is used in two primary and secondary schools in Guangzhou to verify that this model plays an important role in promoting the development and improvement of teachers' professional teaching ability, adaptive expertise, teaching beliefs and attitudes, practical knowledge, teaching metacognition and metastrategy, which contributes to the rise and promotion of the third paradigm of teacher learning—"experts guidance-learning".
