移动互联、大数据、云计算的逐渐普及颠覆了传统的知识承载与传播手段,拓展了教育、教学的宽度与深度。文章立足奥格登·林斯利(Ogden Lindsley)的精准教学(Precision Instruction,PI)理论,通过行动研究法进行了持续的课堂观察与实践,发现技术时代的人工智能与大数据分析技术进一步赋能精准教学,为学校教学方式的转变和教学策略的优化提供了可能与支撑。精准教学语境下的教学核心在于目标精准、问题精准、干预精准,而传统时代教学的症结集中表现在教学目标的程式化、教学过程的浅表化和教学干预的同质化。技术赋能下精准教学的实践路径应坚持以测辅教,精准教学目标;随动而谋,精准教学过程;因材施教,精准教学干预。


【英文摘要】:

The gradual popularization of mobile Internet, big data and cloud computing has overturned the traditional means of knowledge bearing and dissemination, and expanded the breadth and depth of education and teaching. Based on Ogden Lindsley's Precision Instruction (PI) theory , this paper has carried out continuous classroom observation and practice through action research, and found that the artificial intelligence and big data analysis in the technology era can further enable precision instruction, which provides the possibility and support for the transformation of school teaching methods and the optimization of teaching strategies. In the context of precision instruction, the core of teaching lies in the precision of goals, problems and interventions, while the crux of traditional teaching is mainly manifested in the stylization of teaching goals, the superficial teaching process and the homogeneity of teaching intervention. The practice path of precision instruction under the empowerment of technology should adhere to test-assisted teaching for precision instruction goals, follow the action and plan for precision instruction process, and teach students according to their aptitudes with precision instruction intervention.
