提高教师教学能力是促进教师专业发展,弥补教育不平衡、不充分发展的有力抓手。文章以新媒体、新技术(智能手机等)为技术支撑,在大量文献研究的基础上,分析了构成教师教学能力的九种子能力和影响教师教学能力趋同发展的五要素,并使用理论演绎法构建了教师教学能力趋同发展培养模型。基于模型设计开展“互联网+”智能手机环境下的码课教学实验,验证了模型对培养教师教学能力趋同发展的有效性。同时,设计了便于操作的教学流程,并在更新流程的基础上对模型进行二次修订,引入指数思维打造升级版的教师TAECD培养模型,为后续研究“互联网+”新媒体环境下的教师教学能力培养提供案例与经验。


【英文摘要】:

Improving teachers' teaching abilities is a powerful way to promote teachers' professional development and make up for the unbalanced and inadequate development of education. Taking new media and new technology (smart phone, etc.) as technical support, this paper analyzes the nine sub-skills that constitute teachers' teaching abilities and the five factors that affect the convergence development of teachers' teaching abilities on the basis of a large amount of literature research, and uses theoretical deduction method to construct a model for the convergence development of teachers' teaching abilities. Based on the model design, the teaching experiment with QR code in "Internet+" smart phone is carried out, which verifies the effectiveness of the model for the convergent development of teachers' teaching abilities. Meanwhile, a teaching process is designed to facilitate operation, and the model is revised twice on the basis of the updated process. Moreover, an upgraded teacher TAECD training model is created by introducing exponential thinking. This study provides cases and experience for the subsequent research on teachers' teaching abilities training in "Internet+" new media environment.
