    信息化变革中校长角色的个案研究

技术的发展使人们对学校的信息化变革充满期待,作为学校中的关键人物,校长要扮演怎样的角色才有助于推动学校的信息化变革呢?为了回答这个问题,文章以信息化变革非常成功的G中学郑校长为研究对象,尝试从由信息化领导力与变革领导力两个方面的关键要素构建研究框架,通过对包含校长、三位教师、一位IT公司总经理和一位教育技术专家在内的六位参与者的访谈、观察等方法,探究学校信息化变革中的校长角色,寻找其成功策略。研究表明,采用由发展愿景、环境政策、师资发展等九要素组成的研究框架,对于校长扮演好信息化变革中的角色具有指导意义;明确愿景和发展路径、采用成熟的平台与资源、掌握专业话语权、建立透明的奖励机制等都是推进信息化变革的重要策略。


【英文摘要】:

With the development of technology, people are full of expectations for the informational reform in schools. What roles should the principal, as a key player in the school, play to help promote the informational reform in school? In order to answer this question, taking the highly successful principal Zheng of G middle school as the research subject, this paper attempts to build a research framework from the two key elements of informatization leadership and transformation leadership. Through interviews and observations with six participants, including a principal, three teachers, a general manager of an IT company and an educational technology expert, this paper explores the role of principals in school informational reform and principals' successful strategies as well. The research shows that the research framework composed of nine elements, such as a vision for development, environmental policy and teacher development, is a guide for principals to play a good role in informational change. Clarifying vision and development path, adopting mature platforms and resources, mastering professional voice and establishing transparent incentive mechanism are all important strategies to promote informatization reform.
