随着《新一代人工智能发展规划》的颁布以及各大高校纷纷设立人工智能专业,需要积极开展有关人工智能人才培养的研究。本研究采用比较研究法和案例研究法,对人工智能领域的翘楚——斯坦福大学的人工智能人才培养进行研究。研究发现:斯坦福大学通过持续的改革与创新,形成了一系列典型的人工智能人才培养特征,具体表现为:第一,基于跨界融合理念的“复合型”人才培养目标;第二,基于“全人”理念的一体化人才培养机制;第三,基于内联与外延理念的多元化人才培养策略;第四,基于开拓创新理念的“灵魂”型人才培养氛围。以斯坦福大学为鉴,未来可从创新跨界融合机制、积蓄人才培养源动力和强化“项目依托”环境建设三个方面入手,构建适应我国国情和发展需求的人工智能人才培养体系。


【英文摘要】:

With the promulgation of "the plan for the development of new generation in AI" and the establishment of AI majors in colleges and universities, it is necessary to actively carry out research on the cultivation of AI talents. In this paper, the cultivation of AI talents in Stanford University is studied by means of comparative research and case study. Through continuous reform and innovation, Stanford University has formed a series of typical characteristics of AI talent cultivation. Specifically, four points can be summarized. The first is the "compound" objectives in talent cultivation based on the concept of trans-boundary integration; the second refers to the integrated mechanism of talent cultivation based on the concept of "whole person"; the third is the diversified strategies for talent cultivation ; and the fourth concerns the atmosphere of talent cultivation according to pioneering and innovative ideas. Taking Stanford University as a reference, in the future, China can build a cultivation system for AI talents to meet the needs of Chinese national conditions and development through innovating the trans-boundary integration mechanism, accumulating the source power of talent cultivation and strengthening the construction of project-based environment.
