【中文摘要】:

改革开放以来,我国教育信息化极大地推动了教育事业的改革与发展。回顾与展望中国教育信息化发展的历程与未来,有助于理性预期并做好教育信息化2.0阶段的工作。文章从国家政策、技术与教育的作用关系两个维度回顾了我国改革开放40多年来教育信息化的发展历程,即早期部署、项目突破、坚定推动、谋划未来四个阶段;从理论探索、实践应用、社会影响三个方面概括了40年来我国教育信息化取得的成绩,指出发展中存在的问题及面临的挑战;从学科建设、理论升华、教育变革、风险防范等角度展望了我国教育信息化的发展。同时,提出通过跨学科融合的知识创新形态,提供教育信息化发展的源动力;通过本土化创新,深化教育信息化理论研究;通过多层面的教育教学变革,推动教育与科技融合创新;在智能信息技术的应用过程中,防范教育信息化虚假繁荣等问题带来的风险,推动教育信息化健康发展。


【英文摘要】:

Since the reform and opening up, education informatization in China has greatly promoted the reform and development of education. Reviewing and looking forward on the history and future of education informatization in China is helpful to make rational expectation and behave well in the process of education informatization 2.0. This paper reviews the development course of education informatization in China over the past 40 years from national policy and the relationship between technology and education, including early deployment, project breakthrough, firm promotion and future design. Then, this paper summarizes the achievements and challenges of education informatization in China in the past 40 years from three aspects: theoretical exploration, practical application and social influence. Ultimately, the development of education informatization in China is prospected from the perspectives of disciplinary construction, theoretical sublimation, educational reform and risk prevention. Meanwhile, it is proposed to provide the driving force for the development of education informatization through knowledge innovation of interdisciplinary integration, to deepen the theoretical research of education informatization through localization innovation, and to promote the integration and innovation of education, science and technology through educational reform at multiple levels. It is necessary to prevent the risks caused by false prosperity and other problems of education informatization and promote her healthy development of educational informatization during the application of intelligent information technology.
