    教育云平台资源规划流程研究 ——以数字教育资源企业为例

【中文摘要】:

当前,数字教育资源企业通过搭建教育云平台汇聚教学资源,成为教育资源供给侧改革中的重要力量。为此,一个科学、合理的平台资源建设规划流程是确保企业教育资源建设质量的关键所在。文章针对企业教育云平台资源规划流程开展研究,从教学设计理论与信息生命周期理论出发,通过梳理相关文献,提出基于资源生命周期的五环节资源规划流程:(1)需求分析:用户需求分析、业务需求分析、市场分析、需求确定;(2)资源内容组织:内容需求分类、资源内容分析、供应计划制定;(3)资源获取:资源收集采购或开发、入库、发布;(4)资源监控:确定资源监控框架、数据收集、数据分析与评价;(5)资源优化与再生:标准比对、资源分流、信息反馈。在此基础上,进一步明确各环节操作步骤、流程输出与人员构成,提供相关阶段的辅助规划工具,帮助企业基于用户真实需求开展符合教育规律的、顺应生命周期动态改进的、不断螺旋上升的教育资源规划完整循环。


【英文摘要】:

In the current process of constructing digital educational resources in China, the market plays an increasingly important role in resource allocation. Many digital educational resource enterprises have made efforts to become an important part in the supply-side reform of educational resources through building education cloud platforms and accumulating instructional resources. Therefore, a scientific and rational planning process of platform resource construction is the key to ensure the quality of resources construction. However, the attentions paid to the current theoretical and practical research on the resource construction planning process in education cloud platform is relatively deficient. Based on theories of instructional design and information life cycle, a resource planning process is proposed, consisting of five parts, namely "demand analysis, resource content organization, resource acquisition, resource monitoring, resource regeneration and optimization". This paper also sorts out the specific operation steps of each part, together with analysis tools and personnel arrangement, helps enterprises to carry out a complete cycle of educational resource planning that is in accordance with the law of education, conforms to the dynamic improvement of the life cycle of resources and constantly spirals up based on the needs of real users in order to to improve the overall quality of the construction of resources, promote the construction of digital educational resources and the overall improvement of the service in China.
