    我国职业院校数字校园建设实践与探索

教育部于2015年发布了《职业院校数字校园建设规范》,依托数字校园构建基于网络的跨越学校、企业和社会的办学模式,是建立现代职业教育体系的重要途径。研究遴选我国率先开展数字校园建设的30所职业院校进行了研究和分析,归纳了职业院校数字校园建设在总体规划、师生发展、数字资源、应用服务、基础设施等五个方面的实践经验,总结了数字校园建设的共性特征。研究发现,职业院校数字校园建设主要存在以下问题:监测评价工作有待系统开展;职业教育资源跨区域、跨行业共建共享有待推进;数字校园建设促进产教融合、校企合作的深度和广度有待拓展。针对上述问题提出了以下对策:加快研制职业院校数字校园建设监测评价指标体系;积极探索职业教育优质数字资源共建共享机制;深化产教融合,形成校企命运共同体。


【英文摘要】:

The Ministry of Education issued the "Code for Digital Campus Construction of Vocational Colleges" in 2015. Based on the digital campus, a network-based school running mode across schools, enterprises and society is constructed, which is an important way to contribute to the establishment of the modern vocational education system. This research analyzes 30 vocational colleges that has taken the lead in digital campus construction in China, and summarizes the practical experience in five aspects including overall planning, development of teachers and students, digital resources, application services and infrastructure. Also, the common characteristics of digital campus construction are concluded. This research finds that the main problems of digital campus construction in vocational colleges are as follows: the monitoring and evaluation need to be carried out systematically; the construction and sharing of vocational educational resources across regions and industries need to be promoted; the scope and depth of digital campus construction for the integration of industry and education, school-enterprise cooperation need to be expanded. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward some countermeasures: accelerating the development of monitoring and evaluation index system of digital campus construction in vocational colleges; actively exploring the mechanism of building and sharing high-quality digital resources in vocational education; deepening the integration of industry and education and forming a community of shared future between schools and enterprises.
