网络学习空间是教育信息化2.0时代实现智能化、数字化、网络化、泛在化教育生态的重要抓手,是当前教育信息化工作整体推进的一项重要内容。为全面了解基础教育领域网络学习空间工作推进的现状,挖掘遇到的瓶颈问题,研究在全国范围内对网络学习空间平台进行抽样分析,并对各类用户进行抽样调查与访谈,发现当前网络学习空间建设与应用虽已取得初步成效,但仍存在空间功能需要系统优化升级、用户创新应用不足、相关体制机制亟须完善等问题。在此基础上,提出在后续空间推进工作中,应注重完善管理体制机制、强化顶层设计、持续优化空间功能、重视资源共建共享、引导实践应用、注重典型培育、优化培训体系等,从制度建设、技术升级、应用创新等方面全方位推进相关工作,使空间充分发挥其成效,为教育信息化的实现夯实应用环境基础。

e-Learning space is an important basis for realizing intellectualization, digitalization, networking and ubiquitous education ecology in the era of educational informatization 2.0, and is an important content for the overall advancement of current educational informatization. In order to fully understand the current situation of the application of e-Learning space in the field of basic education and to explore the bottlenecks encountered, the e-Learning space platform nationwide were sampled and analyzed, and a sample survey and interviews with various users were conducted. It is found that although the construction and application of e-Learning space have achieved initial results, there are still some problems, such as the optimization and upgrading of system functions, user's insufficient innovation in application, and the improvement of relevant systems and mechanisms. Based on those problems, it is proposed that it is necessary to improve the management system and mechanism, strengthen the top-level design, continue to optimize the spatial function, pay attention to the joint construction and sharing of resources, guide the practical application, pay attention to the typical cultivation, and optimize the training system, etc., so as to promote the system building, technology upgrading and application innovation to make the e-Learning space give full play to its effectiveness, and lay a solid foundation for the application of educational informatization.
