    美国农村教育信息化发展框架与策略管窥及启示 ——基于对《成功指南:农村学校个性化学习实施策略》的解读

为了提升农村教育质量,美国面向未来学校项目发布了包括一个核心目标、七大发展内容、五个发展步骤和一个动力保障的面向未来框架,并在分析农村地区教育信息化发展的优势和挑战的基础上,制定了《成功指南:农村学校个性化学习实施策略》(以下简称《指南》)。文章对美国面向未来框架和《指南》的内容进行梳理归纳,以管窥美国农村教育信息化发展框架与实施策略,并结合我国农村教育信息化发展与研究现状,提出对我国农村教育信息化发展的启示:在政策制定层面,强化育人为本的教育信息化发展宗旨;在资源建设层面,完善多方协同创新机制;在教学实践层面,着手构建农村教育信息生态系统。


【英文摘要】:

To improve the quality of rural education, the Future Ready Schools has released the Future Ready Framework that includes a core goal, seven development contents, five steps, and a dynamic guarantee. Based on the analysis of the advantages and challenges of the development of educational informatization in rural areas, A Guidebook for Success: Strategies for Implementing Personalized Learning in Rural Schools was issued. This paper summarizes the future-oriented framework and the contents of the Guide, so as to understand the development framework and implementation strategies of rural educational informatization in America. Combined with the current situation of the development and research of rural educational informatization in China, this paper puts forward some enlightenment for the development of rural educational informatization in China. At the level of policy making, the aim of educational informatization development should be strengthened. At the level of resource construction, the multi-party collaborative innovation mechanism should be improved. And at the level of teaching practice, the rural educational information ecosystem is needed to be constructed.
