    用户视角下在线学习平台体验研究

在线学习平台是互联网时代人们学习知识、增长技能、扩宽视野的重要工具。伴随体验经济的发展,用户体验受到前所未有的关注,但对于在线学习平台用户体验的研究尚处于起步阶段,尚未形成完善的理论体系。文章从用户体验的视角出发,分析了影响在线学习平台体验的因素,形成学习平台体验框架,并以“体验”的方式对8个样本学习平台的用户体验进行了追踪和述评。研究结果表明,样本学习平台在基础功能上具有同质化倾向,但在满足学习者需求方面进行了多元化探索,正在回归对教育本质和学习规律的关注,用户体验将成为在线学习平台发展的重要驱动力。


【英文摘要】:

Online learning platform is an important tool for people to learn knowledge, develop skills, and broaden their horizons in the Internet era. With the development of the experience economy, user experience has received unprecedented attention. But the research on user experience of online learning platform is still in its infancy and a perfect theoretical system has not yet been formed. From the perspective of user experience, this paper analyzes the factors affecting the experience of online learning platform, forms the framework of learning platform experience, and tracks and reviews the user experience of 8 sample learning platforms in the form of "experience". The research results show that the sample learning platform has the tendency of homogeneity in basic functions, but it has conducted diversified exploration in meeting the needs of learners. Moreover, it concerns about the nature of education and the law of learning. User experience will become an important driving force for the development of online learning platform.
