    国外信息技术支持的视障学生教育应用与启示

【中文摘要】:

信息技术对视障学生教育的改革与发展具有深刻的影响。文章采用文献研究法,对Web of Science核心文集数据库中关于国外信息技术支持视障学生教育的相关文献进行筛选与分析,围绕其发展路径、信息技术在视障学生教育中的作用以及信息技术应用于视障学生教育教学等方面展开研究,并在此基础上提出五点对我国视障学生教育的启示。结果发现,国外信息技术支持的视障学生教育研究的发展路径可分为触觉技术应用、听觉技术应用和多感知通道融合应用三个阶段;信息技术在视障学生教育中主要表现为现代远程教育和认知工具两种形式;信息技术支持的视障学生学习研究多见于数学、化学以及STEM等领域,且均取得了较为显著的成效。研究旨在更为精确地把握国外信息技术支持视障学生教育研究的认识取向与实践路径,为我国视障学生教育的改革与发展提供理论参考与行动指南。


【英文摘要】:

Information technology has a profound impact on the reform and development of education for visually impaired students. This paper adopted literature research method to screen and analyze the relevant literatures on information technology supporting education for visually impaired students abroad in the core database of Web of Science, and focused on its development path, the role of information technology in blind education and the application of information technology in blind education. On this basis, five points of enlightenment for blind education in China were proposed. It was found that the development path of information technology to support education for visually impaired students abroad could be divided into three stages: application of tactile technology, application of auditory technology and application of multi-sensory channel fusion. Information technology was mainly manifested in modern distance education and cognitive tools in education for visually impaired students. What's more, research on the learning of visually impaired students supported by information technology was more common in mathematics, chemistry and STEM education, and had achieved remarkable results. Finally, the purpose of this study is to more accurately grasp the cognitive orientation and practical path of foreign information technology to support education for visually impaired students, and to provide theoretical reference and action guidance for the reform and development of blind education in China.
