在线学习成为人们学习的重要途径,但在线学习的动机对于学习迁移的影响少有讨论,特别是在线学习动机的各个维度对学习迁移行为的影响并未得到有效考察。文章通过211份有效问卷的分析,得出以下结论:在线学习动机中认知兴趣、职业发展、摆脱常规、外界影响和社会服务均可以显著正向影响学习迁移,人际关系对学习迁移的影响不显著;经验惯性对在线学习动机的职业发展、摆脱常规和社会服务对学习迁移的影响上具有负向调节作用,对认知兴趣、外界影响对学习迁移的影响的调节作用不显著;学习惯性对在线学习动机的职业发展、摆脱常规和社会服务对学习迁移的影响上具有正向调节作用,对认知兴趣、外界影响对学习迁移影响的调节作用不显著。


【英文摘要】:

Online learning has become an important way for people to learn, but the impact of online learning motivation on learning transfer is rarely studied. In particular, the impact of various dimensions of online learning motivation on learning transfer behaviors has not been effectively examined. This paper analyzes 211 valid questionnaires and draws the following conclusions: in online learning motivation, cognitive interest, career development, discarding routine, external influences and social services all have significant positive effects on learning transfer, while interpersonal relationship has no significant effect on learning transfer. Experience inertia has a negative moderating effect on the career development, getting rid of routine and social services of online learning motivation, but has no significant moderating effect on cognitive interest and external influence on learning transfer. Learning inertia has a positive moderating effect on the career development, getting rid of routine and social services of online learning motivation, while the moderating effect on cognitive interest and external influence on learning transfer is not significant.
