【中文摘要】:

整合技术的学科教学知识(TPACK)是信息化时代教师必备知识框架,其中学科内容知识、技术知识、教学法知识及三者的融合知识是衡量现代教育技术专业人才教学技能水平的重要指标。文章采用定量与定性相结合的混合研究方法分析参赛选手的教学设计方案和模拟授课视频,从多角度探索首届全国全日制教育硕士教学技能大赛参赛选手的教学技能水平。统计发现,目前现代教育技术教育硕士的教学技能表现出关注新课标要求、善于利用信息技术、熟练掌握教学设计等优势,但还存在对学科知识理解不够深入、教学实践经验不足、创新教学能力较弱等实际问题。最后提出了优化课程结构体系,实现学科知识融合;搭建实践教学平台,建设优质教育资源;强化创新技能训练,完善教学评价机制的现代教育技术专业人才培养建议。


【英文摘要】:

TPACK is an essential knowledge framework for teachers in the information age, in which the knowledge of subject content, technology, pedagogy and the integration of the three are important indicators for measuring the teaching skills of modern educational technology professionals. This paper uses a mixed research method of quantitative and qualitative analysis to analyze the instructional design schemes and simulated teaching videos of the contestants, and explores the teaching skills of the contestants of the First National Competition of Teaching Skills for Master of Education from multiple perspectives. It is found that currently the Master of modern educational technology in education show that they are paying attention to the requirements of new curriculum standards, good at using information technology, and proficient in instructional design, but there are still some practical problems, such as insufficient understanding of subject knowledge, insufficient practical teaching experience, and weak innovative teaching ability. Finally, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the cultivation of modern educational technology professionals, including optimizing the curriculum structure system and realizing the integration of subject knowledge, building a practical teaching platform and developing quality education resources, and strengthening innovative skills training and improving the teaching evaluation mechanism as well.
