教育正迈向“互联网+”时代,互联网与教育的深度融合已成为未来教育变革的重要趋势。在此背景下,厘清并重塑教师专业素养结构,对教师专业素养养成具有重要的意义。文章分析了“互联网+”新常态下教学范式、学习方式、教学环境、教育管理、评价模式和教师专业发展等方面的变革与教师面临的挑战,从生态学的角度阐述了教师专业素养的结构,提出了一个理念(教育要回归本源),两个推进策略(加强培训与学习),三大本领养成(“爱商”“数商”和“信商”),四大平台建设(推动多元协同的“智慧校园”生态环境,建设多元、共创、共享、服务的资源模型,构建分层次的教学模型和开展混合式学习模式)的“互联网+”时代教师专业素养培养的路径。


【英文摘要】:

Education is moving towards the "Internet +" era, and the deep integration of the Internet and education has become an important trend of educational reform in the future. Therefore, it is of great significance to clarify and reshape the structure of teachers' professionalism. This paper analyzes the changes and challenges faced by teachers in teaching paradigm, learning style, teaching environment, educational management, evaluation model and teacher professional development under the new normal of "Internet +", and expounds the structure of teachers' professionalism from the perspective of ecology. Finally, this paper puts forward a training path for teachers' professional qualities in the "Internet +" era, which is composed of a concept (education returning to the source), two strategies (strengthening training and learning), three skills ("loving business" "numbering business" and "trusting business"), and four platforms (promoting the ecological environment of "smart campus" with multiple collaboration , building a resource model of multi-dimensional, co-creation, sharing, and service, and constructing a hierarchical teaching model and carrying out hybrid learning model).
