幼儿园教师是学前教育信息化的实践主体,其信息技术素养水平将直接影响信息技术在学前教育中应用的效果和质量。文章在界定幼儿园教师信息技术素养概念的基础上,结合文献分析、专家咨询以及实证检验的多轮迭代,构建幼儿园教师信息技术素养模型,包括信息技术使用的意识态度、知识技能、应用实践、行为习惯四个层面。该模型为开展信息技术应用能力提升培训、探索提升幼儿园教师信息技术素养的有效路径提供了依据。


【英文摘要】:

Kindergarten teachers are the practice subjects of preschool education informatization, and their ICT literacy proficiency will directly affect the effectiveness and quality of application of ICT in preschool education. On the basic of defining the concept of ICT literacy of kindergarten teachers, this paper builds a model of ICT literacy of kindergarten teachers by combining multiple iterations of literature analysis, expert consultation and empirical test. The model includes four aspects: teachers' awareness and attitudes, knowledge and skills, application practices and behavior habits of using information technology. The model provides a basis both for carrying out training on the improvement of kindergarten teachers' ICT application abilities and for exploring an effective way to improve ICT literacy of kindergarten teachers.
