业硕士是我国研究生教育的一种形式,是国家人才战略的重要组成部分。现代教育技术专业学位是教育现代化教师人才队伍建设的重要途径之一,如何办好现代教育技术专业学位教育,培养理论与实践相结合的创新型人才,是业内共同关注的问题。文章通过分析我国当前专业硕士学位研究生的培养现状及存在的问题,以课程改革为切入点,从课程设置、课程内容、课程教学等方面展开研究。研究以现代教育技术专业硕士为对象,从分析其行业需求及能力要求着手,研究提出:(1)课程设置要适应社会对专业需求的发展变化;(2)课程内容要适应社会对专业人才能力的发展要求;(3)课程教学要适应理论与实践相结合的创新型人才培养。


【英文摘要】:

Professional master is a form of postgraduate education in China and an important part of national talent strategy. The professional degree of modern educational technology is an important way to construct the teacher talent of modernization of education. How to run the professional degree education of modern educational technology and cultivate innovative talents is a common issue in the field. This paper first analyzes the current situation and problems of postgraduate education for professional master in China, and then studies the curriculum setting, curriculum content, curriculum teaching, etc. based on the curriculum reform. The study takes the professional master of modern educational technology as the research object, and pays attention to its industry needs and capacity requirements. The study puts forward: (1) the curriculum should adapt to the development and change of social demand; (2) the curriculum contents should adapt to the social requirements on the competence of professional talents; (3) the curriculum teaching should adapt to the cultivation of innovative talents combining theory with practice.
