协作式在线课程教师是多样化、立体化的角色,论文通过分析在线课程中教师的角色、任务和行为,在结合协作式在线课程特点的基础上,分析了协作式在线课程教师担任教学角色、社会角色、管理角色、技术支持角色,完成相应复杂多样的任务,并从提升在线教师能力引导学生有效学习、设计在线学习任务促进学生认知发展、精选在线讨论话题促进学生知识建构、创建在线学习氛围建立良好的师生互动关系、开展多维度评价提供个性化学习反馈、运用多种学习工具促进学生交流互动等方面,进一步探讨协作式在线课程中教师的素质要求。


【英文摘要】:

In collaborative online courses, the roles of teachers are diverse. Based on the analysis of teachers' teaching roles, tasks and behaviors in online courses and the characteristics of collaborative online courses, this paper proposes that teachers of collaborative online courses take on teaching roles, social roles, management roles and technical support roles, and complete complex and diverse tasks accordingly. This paper further explores in collaborative online courses, teachers should improve their competency to guide students to learning effectively, design online learning tasks to promote students' cognitive development, select online discussion topics to promote students' knowledge construction, create online learning environment to establish good interactive relationship between teachers and students, carry out multidimensional evaluation to provide personalized learning feedback and use a variety of digital learning tools to promote student interaction.
