场馆学习在非正式学习中扮演着重要的角色。随着移动互联网和虚拟现实技术的发展,数字化场馆逐渐成为非正式学习的主要场所之一。文章依据情境学习理论和社会认知理论,基于文献分析和访谈等方法,认为学习主体、物理环境、数字技术和互动交流等四个方面是数字化场馆环境中非正式学习的主要影响因素,并采用相关分析和回归分析等量化研究方法作了验证和回归模型建构。研究表明:参观者的学习兴趣、先前知识和经验、参观动机和期望对学习效果产生直接影响;展品设置、学习活动的设计和场馆环境氛围等物理环境影响非正式学习效果;虚拟增强现实技术、移动互联等数字技术,不仅可以改善数字化场馆展品呈现和参观者体验感知模式,还可以扩展非正式学习的深度和广度;互动交流可以促进参观主体对知识的深层加工和整理,更新和重组原有知识体系,加强相关知识的关联与固化,引发反思,提高后续学习的效率。


【英文摘要】:

Venue learning plays an important role in informal learning. With the development of mobile Internet and virtual reality technology, digital venues have gradually become one of the main places for informal learning. Based on situational learning theory and social cognitive theory, and on the basis of literature analysis and interviews, this paper holds that four aspects, namely, learning subject, physical environment, digital technology and interactive communication, are the main influencing factors of informal learning in digital venues. Quantitative research methods such correlation analysis and regression analysis are used to construct the validation and regression model. The results show that learners' interest in learning, prior knowledge and experience, visiting motivation and expectation have a direct impact on learning effect. The display setting, the design of learning activities and the physical environment such as the environment of the venue affect the informal learning effect. And virtual augmented reality technology, mobile Internet and other digital technologies can not only improve the display of digital venues and visitors' experience perception mode, but also expand the depth and breadth of informal learning. The interactive communication can promote learners to process and sort out the knowledge deeply, update and reorganize their original knowledge systems, strengthen the correlation and solidification of related knowledge, trigger their reflections, and improve their efficiency of follow-up learning.
