在国家政策推动及社会广泛关注下,我国教育信息化迎来蓬勃发展的新时期。在推动教育信息化高效发展的过程中,其发展战略研究起举足轻重的作用。文章运用C-SWOT战略分析方法,以广东省惠州市×××区基础教育信息化为例,依据实证调研结果分析影响该区基础教育信息化发展的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战因素,计算各要素权重及发展战略向量。定量计算结果表明,该区基础教育信息化适用于积极增长型发展战略。C-SWOT战略分析法为教育信息化发展战略研究提供了定性与定量相结合的新方法,为教育信息化发展规划的制定提供了可靠依据。


【英文摘要】:

ICT in Chinese education has moved into a new period of vigorous development under the promotion of national policies and wide attention of society. The study of development strategy plays an important role in the process of promoting the efficient development of ICT in education. Taking the XXX district of Huizhou city in Guangdong province as an example, this paper adopts the C-SWOT strategy analysis method to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges affecting the development of ICT in elementary education in that area according to the empirical research results and calculate the weight and development strategy vector of each factor. The result shows that the positive growth development strategy is suitable for that area. The C-SWOT strategy analysis method, which combines qualitative and quantitative methods, provides a new method for the study of development strategy and a reliable basis for the development plan of ICT in education as well.
