【中文摘要】:

信息化教学是实现教育信息化的重要途径,教师则是信息化教学的实践主体,其教学执行力的高低决定着信息化发展愿景的达成度。研究在剖析信息化教学执行力内涵的基础上,依据模型构建的方法,从学校组织管理与个体发展两个层面出发,构建出了由信息化教学愿景、信息化教学执行能力、信息化教学实践路径三维构成的教师信息化教学执行力立体模型,并对模型进行了阐释,期望能为组织管理者与教师个体信息化教学实践改革提供新的思考与发展思路。


【英文摘要】:

Information-based teaching is an important way to realize educational informatization. For teachers are the main practitioners of information-based teaching, their instruction execution determines the achievements of informational development. This paper firstly analyzes the connotation of informatization instruction execution, and then according to the approach of model building, builds a three-dimensional model that contains the vision, execution ability, and practical route of informatization instruction in terms of school management and personal development. Finally, this model is explained. This study hopes to provide some new thoughts for the information-based teaching practice reform of school managers and individual teachers.
