良好的运行机制是哈佛大学保障MOOCs质量的关键因素。首先,打造基于HarvardX独立运营的管理理念是哈佛大学MOOCs运行的关键点。HarvardX有自己独立的核心团队,基于“利用教育与研究的技术,支持教学实施的创新”的战略定位支持哈佛大学教师在edX平台上发展课程资源。其次,实施以学习者为中心的教学模式是哈佛大学MOOCs运行的着眼点。促进全世界学习者有意义地学习是哈佛大学MOOCs教学团队不断创新教学内容、教学方式、教学评价手段的驱动力。最后,构建校平台—外公司一体化的保障体系是哈佛大学MOOCs运行的支撑点。HarvardX依托哈佛大学的优质办学资源,同时和edX开展良好的合作,使得哈佛大学开发的MOOCs做到了“哈佛性”和“全球性”的有机统一。


【英文摘要】:

The favorable running mechanism is the key factor for Harvard University to guarantee thequality of MOOCs. First of all, the establishment of the management concept based on the independent operation of HarvardX is the key point of MOOCs operation of Harvard University. Based on the strategic orientation of using the technology of education and research to support the innovation of teaching implementation, Harvard University teachers can develop curriculum resources on the edX platform. Secondly, implementing the learner-centered teaching model is the focus of MOOCs operation in Harvard University. Promoting learners' meaningful learning around the world is the driving force the MOOCs teaching team of Harvard University to constantly innovate teaching contents, teaching methods and teaching evaluation methods. Lastly, Building an integrated security system for companies and the university platform is the supporting point for the MOOCs operation of Harvard University. Thanks to the excellent educational resources of Harvard University and good cooperation with edX, the MOOCs developed by Harvard University achieved the organic unity of the nature of Harvard University and the global nature.
