    国内老年在线教育网站无障碍测评研究

老年教育是实现积极老龄化的有效途径,面向老年人的在线课程可以扩大受教育的老年人的数量。但受老年人身体机能退化的影响,老年在线教育网站的可访问性对老年人能否正常参与在线学习影响很大。文章选取20个国内老年在线教育网站,借助自动检测工具对各页面进行A Checker测试,并采用现场观察和访谈法,调查了网站中存在的阻碍老年用户在线学习的可访问性问题。结果发现:我国老年在线教育网站的无障碍程度整体很低,违反同一检测点的错误多次出现,低技术性的细节错误频发,页面导航、文字图片呈现、链接设置等方面的访问障碍在不同程度上制约着老年人的在线学习。针对存在的问题,文章从观念、技术、设计角度提出了提升老年在线教育网站无障碍程度的建议。


【英文摘要】:

Elder education is an effective way to achieve active aging, and online courses for the elderly can enlarge the number of educated elderly. Limited by the physical deterioration, the accessibility of online education websites has a great impact on whether the elderly could participate in online learning smoothly. This study selects 20 domestic online education websites for the elderly and uses an automatic detection tool --- A Checker to test the accessibility of different pages. This study also examines the obstacles hindering the elderly to learn in those websites by on-site observation and interviews. The results indicate that the accessibility of domestic online education websites for the elderly is low, and the similar errors and low technical errors occur frequently, and the problems existing in the web-page navigation, the presentation of text and picture, link setting etc. restrict the elderly to study online in varying degrees. Aiming at those problems, this study puts forward some suggestions to improve the accessibility of online education websites for the elderly from the perspectives of concept, technology and design.
