为推动网络学习空间的深入发展,规范网络学习空间的建设与应用,促进教学方式与学习方式变革,创新教育服务模式与管理体制机制,教育部组织编制了《网络学习空间建设与应用指南》。文章从政策依据、学理依据和满足教育变革诉求等方面说明了《指南》出台的背景和依据,并对《指南》中网络学习空间的定义与归属,个人空间、机构空间与公共应用服务之间的关系,网络学习空间支持教育资源供给模式创新、教育教学创新、交互创新、管理模式创新等关键点进行了解析。期望本文能够对理解并依据《指南》进行网络学习空间建设与应用起到指导作用。


【英文摘要】:

In order to promote the in-depth development of cyberspace, standardize the construction and application of cyberspace, promote the reform of teaching methods and learning methods, and innovate educational service mode and management system mechanism, the Ministry of Education has organized and compiled the Guide to Construction and Application of Cyberspace. This paper explains the background and basis of the Guide from the aspects of policy basis, academic basis and meeting the reform demands of education. And the paper also expounds the key points of the Guide,including the definition and attribution of cyberspace, the relationship among personal space, institutional space and public application services, the innovation of supply model of educational resource, education and teaching, interaction and management model supported by cyberspace. It is expected that this paper can provide reference for the construction and application of cyberspace based on the understanding of the Guide.
