城市化进程中西部农村教育逐渐衰落,农村小规模小学日益增多。由于师资长时间得不到有效供给,农村小规模小学无法开足开全义务教育阶段学校应当开设的课程,也无力组织有效的课外活动,农村小规模小学教育教学质量长时间得不到真正的提高,西部山区农村小学陷入发展困境。实施“走教”+“电教”能够促进城乡小学协同发展,既可以让城市优秀教师向农村小学合理流动,促进城乡师生的互动与交流,也可以将城区优质教育信息资源通过网络平台与西部山区农村学校有效共享,进而加速推进西部地区城乡义务教育的均衡发展。


【英文摘要】:

In the process of urbanization, the rural education is gradually declining and the number of small-scale primary schools is growing. Due to the lack of teaching staff, some compulsory courses can't be offered and effective extracurricular activities can't be organized in the small-scale primary schools, and educational quality cannot be truly improved. Gradually, western rural primary schools are stuck in a dilemma. Through precise moving-education and e-education model, excellent teachers in urban areas can move to the rural primary schools to promote the interaction between teachers and students in urban and rural areas. In addition, high-quality educational resources can also be shared in western rural primary schools through the network platform. As a result, the balanced development of compulsory education in Western urban and rural areas can be accelerated.
