随着互联网与教育的不断融合,教育类APP逐渐成为信息化教学的重要手段。目前,教育类APP种类繁杂,设计理念有待完善,应用效果有待提升,亟待进行科学评价。教育类APP评价需要关注以什么理论指导评价、从哪些方面开展评价、用什么方法进行评价和以什么流程实施评价等问题。文章通过文献分析和国际比较,认为教育类APP评价的理论依据包括教学设计理论、软件评价理论和文化心理理论,提出教育类APP的评价领域(教育、技术与艺术)及其维度,分析比较列表描述评价法、清单评价法和量规评价法的特点,建议实施教育类APP评价应该组织跨学科的评价团队、依据有效的评价标准、及时进行社会发布、不断进行修改完善。


【英文摘要】:

With the continuous integration of the Internet and education, education APP has become an important means of informatization teaching. At present, there are many kinds of education APP, and their design concepts and application effects need to be improved. So the scientific evaluation is urgently required. The evaluation of education APP needs to pay attention to the theoretical guidance, contents, methods and procedures of evaluation. Through literature analysis and international comparison, this paper holds that the theoretical basis for evaluation of education APP includes teaching design theory, software evaluation theory and cultural psychological theory and proposes the evaluation domains (education, technology and art) of education APP and their dimensions as well. Then, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the list description evaluation method, the checklist evaluation method and the rubric evaluation method, and suggests that the implementation of the evaluation could be guaranteed by interdisciplinary evaluation team, effective evaluation criteria, timely social release and continuous modification and improvement.
