    教师在线实践社区中的知识转移影响因素研究

知识转移作为教师在线实践社区中一项核心的实践活动,可以促进社区内成员之间实践性知识的共享与创新。文章从社会网络视角出发,以教师在线实践社区为研究对象,运用问卷调查法对四川省成都市天府新区第一期教师在线实践社区中知识转移的影响因素进行了实证研究。研究表明,教师在线实践社区中,知识转移效果主要受知识发送能力、知识接受意愿、知识接受能力和知识转移渠道丰富程度的影响。知识发送能力和知识接受能力在网络中心度影响知识转移效果时起中介作用,知识发送意愿和知识接受意愿在联结强度影响知识转移效果时起中介作用,网络特性不能调节渠道丰富程度对知识转移效果的影响。


【英文摘要】:

As a core practice in teachers' online communities of practice, knowledge transfer can promote the sharing and innovation of practical knowledge among members. By using questionnaire survey, this paper studies the influence factors of knowledge transfer in COP from the perspective of social network in the first COP project in Tianfu New District, Chengdu, Sichuan. The research results indicate that in COP, the effect of knowledge transfer is mainly influenced by teachers' transmission ability, willingness of knowledge acceptance, acceptance ability and the richness of knowledge transfer channels. Teachers' transmission ability and acceptance ability play an intermediary role in affecting the effect of knowledge transfer in network centrality. The willingness of knowledge transmission and knowledge acceptance play an intermediary role in the link strength. The characteristics of the network cannot adjust the influence of the richness of channels on the effect of knowledge transfer.
