智能虚拟助手是人工智能与自然用户界面技术的创新应用,它构建了一种有效的学习支持系统,目前仍处于研究与应用的探索阶段。文章在对智能虚拟助手概念与关键技术分析的基础上,从功能分析、应用分析、价值分析三个方面对智能虚拟助手的学习支持进行了研究,提出了学习支持系统的架构设计与开发思路,并进行了具体实现。研究发现:智能虚拟助手可实现个性化辅导、交互式问答、情境学习等学习支持功能,将促进智能化、个性化学习的发展。同时,智能虚拟助手的三种开发方式可以灵活满足教育领域不同层次的应用开发需求。


【英文摘要】:

Intelligent virtual assistant, an innovative application of artificial intelligence and natural user interface, constructs an effective learning support system and is still in the exploration stage of research and application. This paper first analyzes the concept and key technology of intelligent virtual assistant, then studies its learning support from the analysis of function, application, and value, and finally puts forward the framework design and development analysis of learning support system which is implemented by a case. The results show that the intelligent virtual assistant can function personalized tutoring, interactive Q&A, situated learning etc., and promote the development of intelligent learning and personalized learning. Meanwhile, three developmental approaches of intelligent virtual assistant can meet the requirements of application development in different levels in education.
