随着科技的发展和社会文化的逐步多元化,我国教育信息化推进速度越来越快,且受到社会的广泛关注与重视。在国际比较中我们发现,社会文化诸多因素影响着教育信息化的本土演进。文章采用文献分析法和访谈法,并结合相关文献与访谈口述,揭示我国教育信息化本土演进过程中基础设施、师资队伍、信息化资源、应用、政策规制和信息化产业等内涵要素的演变过程,以及这些要素对教育信息化演进的重要意义。研究发现:教育信息化的本土演进表现出初步发展、缓慢发展、快速发展和全面推进的演进轨迹;演进过程中各要素虽角色不同,但相辅相成。文章试图描绘的教育信息化本土演进路径,能为教育信息化推进战略的中国经验提供借鉴。


【英文摘要】:

With the technological development and the pluralism of social culture, educational informationization in China is developing rapidly and attaches great importance. According to international comparison, it is found that many social and cultural factors affect the localization of educational informationization. This paper adopts literature analysis and interview to reveal the evolution of connotative factors during Chinese educational informationization, including infrastructure, teaching staff, the resources, application and policy regulation of informationization, information industry, and their significance as well. The research shows that the localized evolution of educational informationization covers four stages: the initial development, the slow development, the rapid development and the comprehensive promotion. During the evolution, each factor acts difference roles, but complements each other. This paper describes the evolution path of educational informationization, and provides reference for the push strategy of educational informationization in China.
