    基于微认证的教师信息技术应用能力发展生态系统构建研究

【中文摘要】:

教师信息技术应用能力的发展是教师专业发展的重点。本研究首先介绍了美国数字承诺微认证体系,分析了该体系获得认可的主要原因,即凸显了能力本位的教育理念,并重构了教师专业发展的生态。针对当前我国教师信息技术应用能力培养现状与发展需求,研究认为微认证体系值得学习与借鉴,并尝试构建了以微认证为基础的教师信息技术应用能力持续发展的生态系统。重点围绕微认证项目设计与开发的基本流程、能力分解思路、认证框架设计、支持资源建设以及评估认证中心建设等展开了深入探讨,描绘了基于微认证的教师信息技术应用能力培养实践路径。


【英文摘要】:

The development of teacher's ICT competency has become the focus of teacher professional development. Starting with an introduction and an analysis of the micro-credentials initiated by Digital Promise in USA, the paper believes that the micro-credentials not only embody the idea of competency-based education, but also re-construct the ecosystem of teacher's professional development. According to the current situation and developmental requirements of teacher's ICT application competency in China, the micro-credentials are worth studying and this paper constructs an ecosystem based on micro-credentials for sustainable development of teacher's ICT competency. Then this paper focuses on the exploration of the design and development of micro-credentials programs, its capacity decomposition approach, authentication framework design, supporting resource construction, the construction of assessment and certification center. Finally this paper describes the practice path of teacher’s ICT application competency based on micro-credentials.
