    联通主义视域下成人在线自主学习导学策略研究

成人在线自主学习所具有的社会性、成人化、自主性,决定了其导学方式不同于以往的课堂导学。文章基于归纳法和演绎法,通过对联通主义学习理论的解读,分析成人在线自主学习主体的角色(交换者、吸收者和分享者)定位;并结合成人认知风格,划分成人在线自主学习维度;创设基于新手—专家(学习层次)维度与良构领域知识—非良构领域知识(学习领域)维度的成人在线自主学习场景,构建基于搜索资源(搜索节点)、联接资源(创建网络)、应用与评价资源(模式识别)的成人在线自主学习实施步骤;最后结合上述研究内容进行多维度分析,并提出对应不同学习场景的个性化导学策略,以期提升其在线自主学习效果。


【英文摘要】:

he sociality, adultification and autonomy of adult online autonomous? learning determine that its guiding methods are different from those in classroom. Based on inductive method and deductive method, this paper analyzes the learners'roles in adult online autonomous learning (exchangers, absorbers and sharers) through the interpretation of Connectivism, and divides the adult online autonomous learning dimension with adult cognitive styles. The adult online autonomous learning scenes are created based on novice-expert (learning hierarchy) dimension and a well-structured knowledge- ill-structured knowledge (learning domains) dimension, and the implementation steps of adult online autonomous learning are built based on searching resources (search nodes), connecting resources (creating network), application and evaluating resources (pattern recognition). Finally, based on the multi-dimensional analysis, this paper puts forward a personalized guidance strategy corresponding to various learning scenes in order to enhance the effectiveness of adult online autonomous learning.
