学习投入是保证学习质量、促进深度学习的重要条件。在线学习环境中,教师支持对学习者的学习投入具有重要影响。文章采用问卷调查及统计分析方法,探讨了教师支持对在线学习投入的影响关系。通过对212名在线课程学习者的数据分析发现:在线学习者感知的教师支持及其自身学习投入水平总体不高,教师支持对在线学习投入呈现显著的正向作用,各维度的影响效应由强及弱依次为自主支持、情感支持、认知支持。为提升在线学习者的学习投入,教师应完善在线学习绩效评价,提高在线课程及学习活动的灵活性设计,加强对在线学习者的引导和激励。


【英文摘要】:

Learning engagement is an important factor to ensure learning quality and promote deep learning. Teacher support has great influence on learners' online learning engagement. This paper explores the effect of teacher support on learners' online learning engagement by means of questionnaire survey and statistical analysis. Based on the data analysis of 212 learners participating in online courses, the study finds that the level of online learners' perception of teacher support and their own learning engagement is not high. Teacher support has a significant positive effect on online learning engagement. According to the magnitude of influence, independent support is the greatest, followed by emotional support and cognitive support. In order to improve online learners' learning engagement, teachers should perfect online learning performance evaluation, improve the flexibility of online courses and learning activities, and strengthen the guidance and inspiration of online learners.
