文章从信息时代教育技术学专业的历史使命与担当、教育技术学专业人才需求侧对人才培养供给侧的要求、国内高校教育技术学科建设与人才培养经验分享三个方面出发，对“信息时代教育技术学专业发展论坛暨2017年全国教育技术学专业院长（系主任）联席会议”中的11场主旨报告与特邀报告进行综述，以期为我国教育技术学科建设、专业发展、人才培养提供借鉴。

The paper reviews 11 keynote reports and special reports of the Joint Meeting of the Deans(Department Heads) of National Educational Technology in 2017 from three aspects: the historical mission and role of educational technology in information era, the market needs of personnel cultivation of educational technology, experience sharing of national educational technology in colleges and universities from discipline construction and personnel cultivation. It is hoped that the review will provide reference for the discipline construction, professional development and personnel cultivation of educational technology in China.
