    信息技术视域下教育精准扶贫路径探析

贫困是一个多维概念,不同的专家学者对贫困问题的研究视角有所不同,反贫困作为解决贫困问题的重要举措,受到国际社会的广泛关注。文章通过厘清贫困与反贫困的基本概念与特点,从反贫困的角度明确教育精准扶贫价值实现的关键要素,包括抓住个体发展的机遇期、实施因地制宜的教育扶贫措施和方式、建立多方条件保障、消除贫困文化的复制功能等,并结合信息技术视域下教育精准扶贫路径选择的核心理念支撑,找准数字资源共建共享、职业技能培训、教师能力提升等在精准扶贫中的优势,提出信息技术视域下教育精准扶贫路径实施的五个阶段,包括“精准诊断、技术耦合、多方联动、精准发力与内涵提升”等,致力于消除贫困文化。


【英文摘要】:

Poverty is a multidimensional concept. Different scholars have different understandings on poverty. Anti-poverty has been widely regarded as an important measure to solve the problem of poverty. By explaining the basic concepts and characteristics of poverty and anti-poverty, the paper clarifies the key factors of realizing the value of education precise poverty alleviation, including seizing the opportunities of individual development, implementing measures and methods of education poverty alleviation according to local conditions, establishing multi-conditional protection, and eliminating the replication function of poverty culture. Combined with the core concepts used to support the path selection of education precise poverty alleviation in the view of information technology, the paper also identifies the advantages of building and sharing digital resources, vocational skills training, promoting teachers abilities in precise education poverty alleviation, and then puts forward five stages for the implementation of education precise poverty alleviation to eradicate poverty culture, including accurate diagnosis, technical coupling, multi-party linkage, precise force and connotation promotion.
