    贫困地区义务教育阶段学校信息化 现状调查及改进对策 ——以滇西片区为例

为准确了解国家贫困地区教育信息化发展水平,课题组对滇西片区九个州市的义务教育阶段学校信息化发展状况进行了专题调查,并使用SPSS19.0软件进行了数据分析。调查发现,滇西片区义务教育阶段学校信息化发展仍处于“洼地”,呈现出起步晚、发展快、融合差、效益不理想等特点,具有全国贫困片区的共性特征。建议:一是从战略高度重点投入、优先发展,保证贫困地区教育信息化硬件装备不低于全国平均水平;二是加强和改进管理,着力提升教育信息化设备的利用率和使用效果;三是重视融合应用,促进信息化手段与教育教学的深度融合;四是探索创新以信息化引领贫困地区教育跨越发展的有效模式。


【英文摘要】:

In order to understand the development level of ICT in education in poverty-stricken areas in China, the research group has carried out a special survey on the development status of ICT in education of compulsory education schools in nine states and cities in western Yunnan, and then uses SPSS19.0 software to analyze the survey data. The results indicate that ICT in education in compulsory education schools in western Yunnan is still undeveloped, with the common characteristics of the poverty-stricken areas in China, such as a late start, rapid development, poor fusion, and unsatisfactory performance. Finally, some suggestions are put forward: (1) Increasing investment and giving priority to the development of ICT in education in order to ensure that the hardware equipment of ICT in education in poverty-stricken areas is not lower than the national average; (2) Strengthening and improving the management, and enhancing the utilization and effects of educational information equipment; (3) Emphasizing integrated application, and promoting deep integration between information technology and teaching; (4) Exploring innovation and effective modes in which ICT in education leads the rapid development of education in poverty-stricken areas.
