【中文摘要】:

教育技术学是培养教育信息化领域专门人才并推动教育变革的学科,但在互联网教育蓬勃兴起的浪潮中,领航者鲜有教育技术学专业人员,教育技术学科在教育信息化实践中学科与实践两张皮的现象迫使人们必须深刻反思教育技术学的学科定位和人才培养方向。文章立足“互联网+时代”教育改革与发展的新趋势与新需求,深刻剖析教育技术学学科边缘化的原因,从而提出教育技术学的新定位和人才培养的新方向,核心观点包括:教育供给侧改革是“互联网+时代”教育信息化的核心特征和趋势;教育供给侧改革意味着教育的服务主体、教育模式和教育制度都将发生变革;教育技术学应定位为用新理念、新技术和新方法破解教育问题,推动教育变革的创新实践领域;教育技术学的学术文化应该是开放和创新;教育技术学人才培养的方向应该是注重利用新技术、新理念和新方法破解教育问题的创新能力。希望文章能够为读者提供教育技术学科的创新发展的新思路。


【英文摘要】:

Educational technology is a discipline to cultivate specialized talents in the field of educational informatization and promote educational reform. However, in the booming of internet education, few leaders are professionals of educational technology. The separation of educational technology discipline and educational informatization practice force us to deeply reflect the disciplinary orientation and personnel cultivation of educational technology. Based on the new trend and demand of educational reform and development in internet plus era, this paper analyzes the reasons why educational technology discipline becomes marginal, and puts forward the new orientation of educational technology and talent cultivation. The main ideas include that the reform of educational supply side is the core feature and trend of educational informatization in internet plus era, which means the main body of educational services, education mode and education system will change. Thus, educational technology should be defined as the innovative practice with new ideas, new technologies and new methods to solve educational problems and promote educational reform. The academic culture of educational technology should be open and innovative. The orientation of talent cultivation of educational technology should focus on the innovation ability of solving educational problems with new technologies, new ideas and new methods. It is hoped that this paper can provide new ideas for the innovation and development of educational technology.
