    教育信息化背景下教研员知识体系的构建研究

教研员是区域教育信息化改革与发展的重要保障,教研员知识是教研员专业发展的重要根基。文章在文献梳理的基础上,提出了教研员知识的概念,通过归纳提炼教研员角色、职能、素养的研究成果,结合访谈法及对教研员的调查研究,总结映射了职能视阈下的教研员知识维度,进而以德尔菲法对其进行修正及验证,最终构建了包括三个基础知识元素(教研知识、学科知识、技术知识)和四个复合知识元素(整合技术的教研知识、整合技术的学科知识、学科教研知识和整合技术的学科教研知识)的教研员知识框架体系,即“整合技术的学科教研知识体系(TRACK)”,并对其进行详细阐释,以期为教研员专业发展提供理论借鉴和实践参照。


【英文摘要】:

The teaching and research staff serves as an important guarantee for the reform and development of regional education informationization, and knowledge is an important basis for their professional development. On the basis of literature research, this paper firstly defines the concept of teaching and research staff's knowledge. Then by summarizing the research results of the role, function and quality of teaching and research staff, combined with the interview and investigation, this paper concludes the knowledge dimension of teaching and research staff from the perspective of functional vision, which is modified and verified with the Delphi. Finally the paper constructs the knowledge framework of teaching and research staff, called Technological Research Content Knowledge, including three basic knowledge elements and four compound knowledge elements. This paper explains the framework in detail for the purpose of providing theoretical and practical references for the professional development of the teaching and research staff.
