    教师教育国家级精品资源共享课建设: 现状、问题、建议 ——以“中学学科教学设计”类课程为例

以爱课程网上24门“中学学科教学设计”类教师教育国家级精品资源共享课为研究对象,采用内容分析法,从课程内容、课程资源、课程考核评价、课程教学团队、课程特色等5个维度分析了中学学科背景下教学设计类精品资源共享课的建设现状。研究发现:(1)课程内容建设中理论基础研究稍显薄弱、学科教学设计良莠不齐、教育技术应用的设计不充分;(2)课程资源建设中拓展资源数量明显偏少;(3)课程考核评价中注重实践能力的考核评价比例偏低;(4)课程教学团队建设中部分课程教学团队人员结构失衡。针对上述问题分别提出了相应的改进建议。

Taking 24 " subject instructional design of middle schools " courses of National Excellent Resource Sharing Course of Teacher Education in iCourse as research objects, this paper analyzes the present situation of the construction of excellent resource sharing courses in subject instructional design of middle school by using content analysis. Five dimensions are taken into consideration: curriculum content, curriculum resources, curriculum evaluation, teaching team, course features. The study finds that in the construction of curriculum content, the theoretical basic research is weak, the quality of the subject instructional design are uneven and the application of educational technology is not sufficient. The expanding resources in the construction of course resources are obviously less. The evaluation of practical ability is low in curriculum evaluation. The structure of some course teaching staff is unbalanced. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions.
