    高校领导者信息化领导力理论模型构建研究 ——以组织变革为视角

【中文摘要】:

高等教育亟待高校领导者发展信息化领导力,但实践层面尚未认识到其重要价值和关键作用,相关理论研究也处于起步阶段。本研究以组织变革为视角,在组织、组织变革相关理论与模型研究的基础上,对高校领导者信息化领导力进行概念界定,构建“高校领导者信息化领导力理论模型”,确立高校领导者信息化领导力包含信息素养、信息化引领能力、信息化变革能力、信息化评价能力及信息化文化建设能力等五个要素,并对要素与模型内涵进行了阐释。


【英文摘要】:

In higher education, leaders of colleges and universities needs urgently to develop their IT leadership.However,its important value and key role have not been recognized in practice,and the relevant theoretical research is still in its infancy.From the perspective of organizational change,on the basis of the related theory and model research of organization and organizational change,this paper defines IT leadership,constructs "the theoretical model of IT leadership of leaders in colleges and universities",and determines five elements of IT leadership,including information literacy,IT leading ability,IT reform ability, IT evaluation ability and IT cultural construction ability.Finally,this paper expounds the implications of those elements and the model.
