    论我国职业教育信息化发展方式的转变

【中文摘要】:

职业教育信息化是实现职业教育现代化转型的重要途径,高期望与低效益的矛盾是我国职业教育信息化发展中存在的关键问题,其根源则在于发展方式上的偏差。通过类比法、归纳法、演绎法和数据分析等研究方法,发现外推式、经验式、非均衡发展方式与传统的管理范式是现阶段我国职业教育信息化发展的主要方式。研究表明,要有效地实现职业教育信息化的预期目标,就需要转变其发展方式,通过内生式发展、理性化发展、均衡化发展的方式以及新的治理范式来促进职业教育信息化的精准发展、创新发展、公平发展和协同发展。


【英文摘要】:

Vocational education informatization is an important way to realize the modernization of vocational education, and the contradiction between high expectation and low efficiency is the key problem in the development of vocational education Informatization, whose root lies in the deviation of developmental modes. By analogy, induction, deduction and data analysis, this paper finds that push-oriented, empirical, unbalanced developmental modes and traditional management paradigm are main developmental modes of vocational education informatization in China at present. In order to realize the expected goal of vocational education informatization effectively, this paper concludes that it is necessary to transform the developmental modes of vocational education. For the purpose of promoting accurate, innovative,fair and collaborative development of vocational education informatization, the endogenous, rational, balanced developmental modes and new governance paradigm should be emphasized.
