【中文摘要】:

MOOC项目的本土化实践是我国高等教育信息化领域十分关注的重要问题。基于国内12家主流中文MOOC项目的调研数据,本文运用内容分析法,从核心课程资源、师资队伍、学习空间、教学支持服务及运作模式等五个方面对我国MOOC的建设与应用情况进行了系统梳理。研究表明,我国MOOC项目实践的共性问题在于:在建设层面,国外资源利用率不高,改造程度不足;在设计层面,教学创新度不高,应用规模较小;在管理层面,尚未建立健全的质量保障体系;在运营层面,市场化程度不高。未来,需要建立开放的质量保障体系及认证制度,以生态教学论为基础构建MOOC教学环境的生态系统,探索中国特色的增值服务模式,以促进MOOC的持续发展与本土化创新扩散。


【英文摘要】:

The localized practice of MOOCs has attracted extensive attention in the field of higher education informatization in China. Based on the research data of 12 mainstream Chinese MOOC projects, this paper uses content analysis to systematically analyze the status of construction and application of MOOCs in China in five aspects, namely core curriculum resources, teaching staff, learning space, teaching support service and operation mode. The results indicate that the common problems existing in the practice of Chinese MOOC projects include: at the construction level, the utilization rate of foreign resources is not high, and the transformation is insufficient. At the design level, the teaching innovation is not high, and the application scale is small; at the management level, a sound quality assurance system has not been established yet; at the operational level, the degree of marketization is still low. Accordingly, it is necessary to build an open quality assurance system and a certification system, construct an ecological system of instructional environment in MOOCs based on ecological instructional theory and explore the value-added service model with Chinese characteristics to promote the sustainable development and localized innovation and diffusion of MOOCs in the future.
